The Digital Operations Consultants (DOC) team is comprised of automotive retail specialists, who have spent many years working in dealerships with extensive senior-level dealership management experience. The primary focus of a DOC is conducting Digital Health Assessments (DHA). The DHA is a full analysis of the dealership’s online and in-store digital marketing and sales operations. The DHA will be conducted on-site at the dealership and consists of one or two observation days and a separate executive meeting, during which the findings of the analysis, as well as the recommended action items are presented. The number of on-site observation days needed to complete the initial analysis depends on several factors, including the size of the dealership, number of dealership staff, and the complexity of the store’s digital operations. The executive meeting is typically scheduled seven to 10 days after the completion of the observation day, allowing time for a comprehensive analysis to be completed. The follow-up to the executive meeting action plan presentation includes monthly remote and in-store contacts between the DOC and the dealership’s management team and staff.
